Shipping is free worldwide and handled by DHL door to door from Morocco. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your rug is dispatched, and you can anticipate to receive your rugs within 5 to 10 business days regardless of your location.

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse in Morocco within one to three business days, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

Our business’s partner in Morocco, BISHOP TRADING Sarl, handles all shipments.

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Any additional fees, taxes, duties, etc., will be paid by the customer upon delivery to your country.
